Current processing times All jewelry is made to order by myself and shipped 7-10 business days after your order is placed.

once your order has been processed it will be shipped with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.
 

Shipping is all handled by our carriers. Once your items have shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume as well. 

Please note standard shipping orders do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe under the section "ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING" above still applies to your order. 

L O S T / S T O L E N P A C K A G E S

Once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. All shipping does include insurance. Here’s some tips when you find yourself in this situation:

-Check with your neighbors. Sometimes packages get dropped off at the wrong house.

-Sometimes carriers pre scans packages before they arrive, give it a couple days and see if it shows up.

-If the above steps have been checked off and it says your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, since you’re on the receiving side, you will have to open a claim with your local post office.
